Hello,
I'd recommend opening a billing related case in our Support center. Our team has the tools and visibility to assist with billing questions there. You can access the support center here: go.aws/support-center.
Here's also an official doc to assist with viewing your bill in the meantime: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/getting-viewing-bill.html.
Hope these help!
Best regards,
Ann
Thanks, Ann! I spoke with the billing center and they said I would need a technical case to explain why there were charges in Virginia even though no one is using the app.

I'm having the same problem. I have one object stored in S3 and tried connecting it to my Bedrock account. This may or may not be it. I think this is all have have done accept setting up some buckets to hold information
