We are trying to fetch Cloudwatch logs but we are facing major issues with the CloudWatch logs service.

Here are just a few issues we faced:

Case 1: Log group: /aws/lambda/update_prop_cofig Stream Name: 2023/03/28/[$LATEST]5a31d563b9354bd891b3fc0c6d6886f4 On Tuesday(05-09-2023) afternoon we tried to fetch this logs more than 10 times, but got 0 message in every response. On Tuesday(05-09-2023) evening we try this again, we get 167 message

Case 2: Log group: /aws/lambda/get_google_and_update_prop_config Stream Name: 2023/03/27/[$LATEST]11e5fd7f9c4444c589772e472d2a6d90 On Friday (08-09-2023) afternoon we tried to fetch this logs more than 10 times, but got 0 message in every response. On Friday(08-09-2023) evening we try this again, on 44th try we get 129337 message

Case 3: Log group: /aws/lambda/get_google_and_update_prop_config Stream Name: 2023/03/27/[$LATEST]6e8364e50851449887e5bcc148b5fb52 On Friday (08-09-2023) we tried to fetch this logs more than 3 times, but got 0 message in every response. On Friday(08-09-2023) we try this again, on 4th try we get 133915 message

Case 4: Log group: /aws/lambda/get_google_and_update_prop_config Stream Name: 2023/03/27/[$LATEST]7f9cf4b7824849258b773884ab02221b On Wednesday(06-09-2023) we tried to fetch this logs more than 10 times, but got 0 message in every response. On Thursday (07-09-2023) we try this again, we get 132245 message

We have been working on this for 5 days now, and what should have been straightforward work, has drastically wasted developer efforts and time.
