Status Check Failed Instance windows server 2012

hi, my instance not run because the Status Check Failed for Instance and is impossible connect.

I have restart the istanstace, stop and start change type of istance, make new istance with ami's but all tentitive are failed.

Please Help me. Lorena

What happened right before the status check failed?

the instance ip was changed ? something else?
