AWS does not currently provide a process for third-party tools to be added to the official AWS Drawing and Diagramming tools list. The AWS Architecture Icons and reference architecture diagrams are intended for customers to create diagrams representing their AWS deployments and architectures.

If you are a third-party vendor interested in integrating with AWS services or having your tool listed, I recommend exploring the AWS Partner Network [1] and the various partner programs AWS offers.
