Unable to allocate the Elastic IP .

Hello, I have created a private Instance to two Public instance with Ubuntu as server. I need the Ip address of private instance so I tried to use Elastic IP. But when I tried to Allocate the Elastic IP its showing me the error as " Elastic IP address could not be allocated.us-east-1c". I am not understanding why the this error is...

Hi, look at this one for possible causes. Maybe are you already over your quota of EIPs? If yes, ask for a quota extension
