Deploy an application on EKS

Hi AWS, I need to deploy an application which can be used for scheduling the resources i.e. start and shut down for e.g. servers. How can I do that using EKS? Please suggest.

if it is limited with start and stip instances
you can use AWS instance scheduler instead
