AWS Lampda Function despaired

I created an AWS lambda function, but it did not appear for several days. I have attached the screen below. Please find

Not sure I fully understand. Did you create a function and it did not show? Or did you see it in the past and now it is gone?
If it is the former, maybe you did not actually save it?
If it is the latter, are you looking in the correct region?
Also, I do see an error message in your screenshot. Maybe you do not have the right permissions to list functions?

I'm in correct region, and previously there was my functions available , and now I got a security related mail from AWS .
