DNS Transfer Error: Registry error - 2302 : Object exists

0

Hi guys,

I'm transferring an .it domain to R53 but I got this:

Registry error - 2302 : Object exists (540 Attribute value is not unique)

I tried it twice with the same result. AWS billed it and refunded after the error arose.

Now the domain is not registered anymore by the previous provider. Their support confirms that the transfer has been processed on their side.

As a result, we cannot use it anymore. If we try to buy it, it says that it is not available!

Has it been stoled?

whois shows the following info:

SoftInstigate is us. But I don't really know what this GANDI-REG is.

I contacted the AWS support and they fixed it. The resolution took 3 days.
