NICE DCV GPU issues

Hi all,

Recently I tried to deploy a NICE DCV server on the other cloud vendor's instances with GPU, but it turns out that after 5 minutes of the connections, the DCV is not using the GPU card any more, which makes the playing 8K video so laggy. Is it the limitation of the demo license? But I don't see any documentation on the website that mentions this limitation. Hopes the team can help to confirm the query. If it is the limitation of the demo license, I will buy the production license.

The DCV demo license does not have any limitation.

If you are experiencing a video laggy reproduction could you check with the nvidia-smi command if the GPU encoder is enabled and used by DCV agent process?
