49 Days and Counting: Seeking Resolution on AWS Billing Issue

I’ve been an AWS user for some time, but I am currently facing a significant roadblock with Support. It has been 49 days since I opened Case #*************** regarding an Amazon Q subscription I’ve been trying to cancel since December.

Despite providing screenshots showing that my dashboard offers no option to cancel, I continue to be billed for a service I don’t use and can't find. I’ve exhausted all standard support avenues without a resolution.

Is anyone at @AWSCloud or @AWSSupport able to assist in finally closing this "ghost" subscription and resolving the billing error?
