Route 53 SRV records not working - Help pls

Question

Hi Guys  
  
I need to set up 2 SRV Locator records as follows: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s48mxzaz22mnr17/2020-04-09_10-21-19.png?dl=0

So I set up the records here :  https://www.dropbox.com/s/jqsv0qv4yj3ucbk/2020-04-09_10-22-34.png?dl=0  
  
But they just don't show up when I use any of the DNS tools to look up SRV records. Even if I just create a dummy record I wait for several hours and I can't see it using https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx or any others. I've tried deleting and recreating. No luck.  
  
Any advice???

Your name server configuration is fine. If you changed it recently, that could be the problem; DNS resolvers cache name servers for up to two days. Here's an overview of how DNS works, including the part about resolver caching (plus a picture of the Mona Lisa ;-) ):

I'm able to see _sip.karabiner.com.au when I use dig:
