How can I connect my Linux instance using a broswer with IP address

I create a Linux Ubuntu distribution instance in AWS Lightsail , with a static IP as 54.251.82.180 and I deploy a application on port 8069.

As I use window 11 desktop broswer connect to http://54.251.82.180:8069. It was failed to connect, Why, If so, How can I do that, Please share your idea. Looking for your reply.

Hello.
Are you configuring Lightsail's firewall to allow communication?
Please make sure that communication is allowed by firewalls or other means, as accessing your listed IP address will result in a timeout error.
