Text chat moderation

I have to moderate a simple text chat, looking for profanity inside messages and/or classifying sentences.
I found a nice Microsoft guidelines to easily implement that using Azure's Cognitive Services.

I wish to use AWS Comprehend, how can I do that?

Amazon Comprehend doesn't provide you this out of box currently. but you can train a document classifier model in Comprehend to classify sentences profane or not

Which services to use for profanity filter, text moderation, post moderation and blog moderation? Does AWS Marketplace provide any service to integrate? If so, please mention.
