Instance reachability check failed due to pressing safely remove button in windows platform (RDP)

Hi, Instance reachability check failed due to by clicking safely remove eject button by mistake in windows RDP platform. I can't possible to connect RDP right now. Please help me to solve problem. I don't know which media ejected exactly.

Forcibly removing the root volume, etc., may cause the instance reachability check to fail.
Can you stop and start the EC2 once to mount it again?
