AnalysisException: Cannot resolve column name "xxx" among ()

When using Glue's Filter transformation, the resulting DynamicFrame is empty and the schema is also lost for some reason. This is resulting in an error in subsequent steps in my flow. Is there any way to fix this? I am using the visual editor for creating the Glue job.
