This image shows the red circle with the "x" in it, meaning that the connection to Perforce is disabled. You can click on this icon to enable/disable Perforce, as noted in the documentation here:
As I mentioned, I suspect this is a source control issue due to the error message phrase you used above - "Add and Save Failed Failed to put entries/dependencies into source control as the provider is not available".
