Hello,
When you say the library disappears, what does that mean ? Each Amazon Transcribe account can have up to 100 custom vocabularies. You can use only one custom vocabulary per transcription request.
To use a custom vocabulary, it must have been created in the same Amazon Transcribe Region as your transcription job. Can you confirm the same ?

Also, can you confirm the IAM user/IAM Policy that you are using to view or to which you created the same ? Using your AWS account root user credentials to access resources, such as a transcription request, is not recommended. Creating non-admin identities with specific (restricted) permissions is best practice.

Thank you very much. My problem was that I had to select the correct region, at the top of the console.
