Transferring files to my server

My EC2 instance is running Ubuntu. I find that AWS Instance Connect meets my needs except for transferring files between the server and my local computer where I need something like FileZilla as I find the GUI necessary for that task. Is there an alternative that I could use which does not require me to manage SSH keys? I am trying to cut down the admin involved in maintaining my server because I am 'out of my depth' with most of it and FileZilla is the only thing I need SSH keys for given that I can use Instance Connect for everything else. I think I could use a password instead of SSH keys with FileZilla but it would be even better to if there was something available from the AWS console which I do know how to sign into.
