t1.micro reboots ok but can't connect

Hello, I have a t1.micro instance i-79f03708 that I had to start and stop. It went back online ok but I can't reconnect to it, neither from the SSH client nor from the browser-based connection.

Here is the error I get from the browser-based connection window:
There was a problem setting up the instance connection
An error occurred and we were unable to connect or stay connected to your instance. If this instance has just started up, try again in a minute or two.

Can I regain access?
