Healthcare companies using SaaS applications often employ Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies such as Backup and Restore, Pilot Light, Warm Standby, and Multi-Site Architecture to ensure business continuity. They also focus on Automated Orchestration and Regular Testing of their DR plans. For detailed guidance, you can refer to the AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery documentation, the Disaster Recovery Options in the Cloud whitepaper, and the Getting Started with AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery guide.
A DR strategy is critical for healthcare companies, particularly for applications that are on the critical path to patient care. Companies should define a Recovery Time Objective and Recovery Point Objective, then choose a strategy that aligns with those requirements and budget. In many cases, customers will choose to host resources in a secondary region and replicate data so they can switch to that region in the event the primary region is experiencing an impact. In some cases this might be referred to as an "alternate production" environment where continuous access to data is essential (such as in patient care settings). Another approach some customers have explored is to set up a read only environment. Here are some blogs and case studies that provide some examples from healthcare customers:

Hi! I wrote the Disaster Recovery of Workloads on AWS: Recovery in the Cloud whitepaper, as well as the Disaster Recovery Blog Series. Those and other resources have already been recommended in other answers.
If you are looking for an out-of-the-box SaaS Solution that can scan you AWS workloads, back up your data and infrastructure (including networking and security), then there are two solution on the market that I know do this: Arpio Disaster Recovery and Cyber-Resiliency and Commvault. There are of course many other vendors (Veeam, Rubrick, Cohesity) that do backup and restore -- but those will not recovery a complete workload.
