Automated schedule in CloudWatch using UTC timezone

Question

Hi - My customer is using  automated schedule in CloudWatch to trigger various functions and it's kind of widely across the teams. Currently CW schedules are mostly based on UTC and in the event of DST (Day Light Savings), the team has to manually reset the UTC and teams are complaining on this. Anybody came across this and i didn't see any PFR also related to this. Any suggestion here pls.

This is no out-of-the-box solution. You will have to implement a custom solution, but there are several approaches publicly available using Lambda:
