Hello, We have a DMS task that returns an error: Last Error Replication task out of memory. Stop Reason FATAL_ERROR Error Level FATAL

But when seeing the log of the memory usage the task stopped before the maximum of the instance

Why this is happening?

Hi,

This probably because the instance type that you chose for your replication instance doesn't have enough memory: you should retry with a bigger replication instance (it's an EC2 instance under the hood).

    Hello, thanks for the reply I understand what you're saying but, we have an alarm that monitors the memory usage and the task failed before reaching 70% of the capacity of the instance, our instance had 4 GB. The memory of the instance is used somewhere else?
