URL to Delete Workspaces isn't working?

Question

I have a workspace that I can start and use so I can get the name and id of the work space.  I go the AWS login page and select "Root User", put in my email, get past the security check, and enter my password.  I then go to [Workspaces console](WorkSpaces console) as described [here](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/delete-workspaces.html) but the page says "Get Started Now" as if I have no Workspaces.  I want to delete things so I don't get charged for them later.  Similar things happen if I try and follow the [Delete the directory for your WorkSpaces](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/delete-workspaces-directory.html)

Is it possible your looking at a different region in the console than your workspace is in?
