lightsail ssh "connecting to instance..." can't connected to my instance with ssh

I am trying to connect to my instance and it always says "connecting to instance...". I've rebooted and also re-created the instance. but its still stuck at  "connecting to instance..."  anyone has same problem? my port 22 is opened

Please open your lightsail console with browser traceless mode.
