Pearson VUE support states that Ukrainian passport is not valid ID document

0

Both AWS and OnVue ID requirements states that: "For online proctored exams, IDs from the following locations where Pearson VUE delivery is restricted: North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Iran and the Sevastopol/Crimea region of Ukraine." Saying that IDs from specific regions of Ukraine are restricted. I am not a resident of those regions, however, when I attempted to take the exam, the proctor told me that my ukrainian IDs are not acceptable and revoked the exam. I believe there has been a misunderstanding and look forward to the opportunity to take the exam after reviewing the issue.
