If this is an EC2 instance running Windows, you can force a reboot through the AWS console.
If this is an Amazon Workspaces instance, from the Workspaces Client, you can initiate a reboot by clicking "Amazon WorkSpaces" and choose "Restart Workspace". If that doesn't work, you can force a reboot from the AWS console
