Connecting Tableau to AWS RDS DB

I am having a hard time connecting my RDS DB to Tableau for a dashboard I need to build. I am looking for guidance how what to do. Anything helps! It is set as publicly available and we have also set the inbound & outbound rules to allow all traffic.
