Hi ,

looking for solution where we need move documents uploaded into Salesforce (*.*) into AWS S3 buckets and how to retrieve it on Demand.

This workshop has a module that covers the use case for moving data from Salesforce to Amazon S3. For retrieving it on demand, it depends on your use case and requirements. From a server side, you can use AWS SDK, for example, to retrieve files.
