Hi, My SES Account paused several times for the same issue but finally i learn many exciting solutions for PHPMailler. I want to try but my account paused. I don't want to change my region for that. Is there any way to open my SES account again ?

You have to raise a support case with SES team with proper justification. One review pass by SES team they will reopen sending limit
