I have encountered a discrepancy when comparing a photo of a customer holding their ID card to the ID card photo itself. When using the AWS console, the system detects two faces (the customer's face and the face from the ID card photo). However, when utilizing the API, it returns that only one person has been detected. Also the face pic in ID is not very big.
which API was used when "utilizing the API"? Are you using the same account when using console vs using API?
