Unable to connect to WS - PCoIPAgentService Connection Failed for Session

0

One user is unable to connect to his assigned Workspace, in application event log there are many Connection failed for session failure messages. I looked at the pcoip_agent log and see this series of events, this is just a portion of the log

AGENT :0908 SESSION CHANGE: session ID 1, message: WTS_SESSION_UNLOCK, server running: NO
AGENT :Waiting for ready message.
AGENT :Server has quit in wait loop, handle 2460.
AGENT :Server has timed out or server has quit.
AGENT :pcoip_agent_connect_req: connection_response, 1
AGENT :pcoip_agent_connect_req: connection_complete, 2
AGENT :2B90 Connection RESPONSE: code=(1)
AGENT :2B90 -------------------------------------------------------------------
AGENT :2B90 pcoip::SessionManager::connectionComplete: Could not find a session with handle = -1
AGENT :2B90 'pcoip_agent_connect_req' failed. err = 14
AGENT :2B90 Stopping session for sessionInfo = 02E61208...
AGENT :2B90 Locking workstation on PCoIP session disconnect
AGENT :pcoip_agent_disconnect_extended
AGENT :2B90 pcoip::SessionBase::terminate: state was ConnectionResponse, not State::ConnectionClosed after terminate
20AGENT :2B90 Session ended, calling restoring settings.

Does anyone know what pcoip_agent_connect_req failed err 14 means? The user can connect to a different WS and is running the lastest WS Client, so it makes me think that it is a PCoIP agent or server issue. There aren't any failures in any of the other (credential_provider, vhid, arbiter) pcoip logs, just this one in the agent log.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi Christina,

Did you update redistributable on the problematic workspace?
I've been seeing the same issues, and so far, only a rebuild of the workspace has solved it (which isnt ideal).

Thanks,
Matin
