Access To Amazon Business APIs

0

I apologize if this is the incorrect place to ask this but as I have been getting nowhere with account support on my business account, I felt this is the only place I might get help.

Essentially I am looking to get access to this AB-API: https://developer-docs.amazon.com/amazon-business/docs/ordering-api

I have followed the intial on-boarding setup outlined here: https://developer-docs.amazon.com/amazon-business/docs/register-as-a-developer

Sent an email to the specified address, with the correct subject line, and providing my directID in the body of the email.

I have done this multiple times and have yet to receive any indication if received, in review or provisioned. I am here as I was told by a business account support rep, that the AB-APIs are likely AWS related.

For the love of god, if anyone can provide insight or assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies for the confusion with this... it seems like you've landed on this forum, which is about AWS (if you're using any of the AWS services, or have a question or an issue with your account) - but your inquiry seems to be about Amazon Business, which is not related to AWS.

I'd suggest reaching out to their support https://business.amazon.com/en/contact-us - have you tried this already?

So sorry to hear about this. Can you please send an email to amazonbusinessintegrations@amazon.com?

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the frustration. If you have an AWS account, I'd recommend reaching out to our Account team by creating a support case, here http://go.aws/support-center.

If you don't have an account, you still can contact our team by listing the details of your inquiry on this contact form: http://go.aws/account-support. Then keep an eye on your email when one of our agents replies, as cases are handled in the order received. We appreciate your patience as we work to help with next steps.
