Connect s3 bucket with arcGIS Pro

I try to connect my S3 bucket with arcGIS Pro but fail to establish the connection. I assume my S3 is not configured properly. I tried to follow all the necessary steps for creating a proper S3 accesspoint from the docs, but still am not able to get access. Any help is highly appreciated.
