AWS application migration service

We migrated a few windows servers from our premise based locations to AWS ,and now our security department has found a self.bat file located in directories under the c:\program files(x86)\xxxxx with some numbers and these look like they were from the AWS Application migration that we performed to migrated these windows servers to AWS. can these files be deleted or should we inform our security group they are from AWS and should be marked as safe files?
