Can we use Kiro in GovCloud? It is not listed at https://kiro.dev/docs/enterprise/supported-regions/, but because of the link between commercial and govcloud accounts I feel like I need to ask.

Kiro is not yet available in AWS GovCloud regions, the link you are seeing with the region details for Kiro is accurate.
