RDS free tier usage not exeeded and still charged

I have been charged for free tier of RDS, yesterday there was no bill and today it's showing bill amount of $21

Hi,
Amazon RDS free tier includes 750 hours of Amazon RDS Single-AZ db.t2.micro, db.t3.micro, or db.t4g.micro instance, and 20 GB of General Purpose (SSD) DB Storage, running a MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL database per month, across all AWS Regions except GovCloud (US) and Asia Pacific (Osaka) Local, but just during 12 months starting with the date on which you create your AWS account.
If you meet this last requirement, I would recommend opening a support case via the console.
Updated: There are more users reporting the same issue since yesterday both here and on Reddit, so it seems to be a general issue.

Thanks Mikel for your help. It has not been a year and free tier is still eligible. I have created a case.
There are more users reporting the same issue since yesterday both here and on Reddit, so it seems to be a general issue.
