Lightsail Unused Static IP Address billing

I've set-up a lightsail instance and I've been taking a look at cost.

I'm getting a charge for a unused static ip address, but when I enter the networking tab, there isn't a static ip address to be released. I'm not sure why I'm being charged currently.

I was looking on an instance level rather than a overall lightsail level. This is now solved.
