Why Amazon MSK keeps charging after being deleted?

My bill for Amazon MSK keeps increasing even if all Amazon MSK clusters have been deleted.

As you can see from the charge summary, I am charged since I'm using the Amazon MSK service in Singapore region. However, all my Amazon MSK clusters in Singapore region have been deleted a few days ago. I have also checked other regions and it shows there are none active clusters.
