Is there a way to recover expired cloudwatch data?

Unfortunately, CloudWatch data cannot be recovered once it has expired. By default, CloudWatch metrics are saved for a period of 15 months. The data is automatically deleted after the retention period and cannot be recovered.
To avoid future data loss, consider exporting CloudWatch data to another storage service before it expires.
