Volume says "..Attaching".. Instance stuck on "Stopping"

Question

Having issues on an instance with the volumes are stuck at "..Attaching" and the instance is stuck at "Stopping".

Have Force Stop'd the instance multiple times with no luck.

If it is in us-east-1 (N.Virginia) region then this can be attributed to the LSE, so please wait for it to get resolved. Also check the [AWS Service Health Dashboard](https://status.aws.amazon.com/) for updates, also you can check the [AWS Personal Health Dashboard](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/health/latest/ug/getting-started-phd.html) in your AWS account.
