Does pricing of Amazon managed blockchain - Hyperledger Fabric include the cost of couchB where the ledger is saved ?

Will I see separate entry for couchDB in the billing when using Amazon managed blockchain - Hyperledger Fabric ? or will the cost of Amazon managed blockchain - Hyperledger Fabric include it ? Will it for any reason use EBS for storing something else ?

Hi,

As per https://aws.amazon.com/managed-blockchain/pricing/hyperledger/ the node storage is charged separately for itself in addition to other charges

Peer node storage
Peer node storage elastically scales for storing the blockchain ledger and chaincode
applications. Peer node storage is charged in GB-month increments.

Best,

Didier

  • I do realised they are charged separately. I would like to know In billing, which bucket would they fall in ? In AMB's bucket right ? or in any other bucket ?
