Unable to Connect to AWS Workspace

Receiving error "Unable to connect" followed by "We couldn't launch your workspace".

  1. Check the status of the WorkSpace on the WorkSpaces console whether it is Healthy/Unhealthy.
  2. Are you able to RDP to WorkSpace?
  3. What protocol are you using PCOIP or WSP? Refer article: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/workspaces-no-access-using-client
