Hello.
If the domain is not linked to Amplify or CloudFront created in your AWS account, I don't think there is much you can do.
I think the only other thing you can do is contact AWS Support.

If this domain was successfully connected to another app and then deleted within the last hour, try again after at least one hour has passed. If you still see this exception after 6 hours, contact AWS Support. For more information, see Creating a support case in the AWS Support User Guide.

If you don't have access to the account that contains the source distribution or you can't deactivate the source distribution, then contact AWS Support.
