aws DNS not propagated - now over 48 hrs later - trying to set up Zoho business email with my aws domain

0

I created a hosted zone for my aws domain on Saturday morning (>48 hours ago now) so that I can set up email hosting via Zoho mail. I've created TXT and CNAME records for the purposes of verifying to Zoho that I own the aws domain I'm trying to create emails for but Zoho isn't able to see the TXT or CNAME records. Any help or insight?

When searching for my domain on a random DNS lookup website such as mxtoolbox.com or nslookup.io, my domain cannot be seen. On windows 11 command prompt, I receive a "Ping request could not find host xyz.com. Please check the name and try again.

Hello.

Is it correct that you purchased the domain from Route53?
If you haven't purchased a domain yet, create a subdomain from your domain or purchase a domain.
If you purchased your domain from Route53, I think you can also contact AWS Support.
If you have a domain registration issue, please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing".
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.

Can I check the NS records using something like the "whois" command?
Once you have confirmed the NS record, make sure it matches the NS record set in the Route53 hosted zone.
If they do not match, please modify the Route53 hosted zone NS records so that they match.
