I need help with billing.

Hi, I never used the free tier option. I thought I was using the free tier option, I would like a refund and help with setting up the free tier option and understanding everything about free tier. Below is the message that was emailed to me.

Hello from AWS,

We have previously notified you about an unsuccessful payment of your past due AWS charges. An outstanding payment still remains on your account. If we are unable to process your payment, your account may be suspended. If your account is suspended, you will not be able to access your AWS Management Console, manage existing resources, or purchase any new resources.

Your card payment ending in <xxxx> failed when we attempted to charge it for AWS services on account <account-id>. Please contact your bank to help resolve the payment failure.

I would recommend to contact aws support as they will have the right context of your situation and will guide you accordingly. This is a public platform and no one has access to your details neither authority to guide you.
