Hello,
Can you please share details, what is your instance type ? , it is possible that the instance resources are highly used and hence the instance is not able to respond most of the time. Check how your Instance is performing using monitoring tab, and You could try changing the current Instance type to higher instance in case if you think the instance is being highly utilized.

Hi Venkatesh, thanks for your answer. Our instance type is t2.micro, so it's possible that we're overloading whenever we perform the above activities (Though our traffic is small generally.)
