Unable to restart apache

0

Hi,
I started a lightsail instance for Django. Everything was working fine and was able to access the domain. The last thing I was doing was trying to redirect non-www to www. and it worked. The second day I tried to log to the domain I get the following:
This site can’t be reached
www.realjetset.com refused to connect.

Also, i cannot restart apache with the following command
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
it gives: Failed to restart apache.

I even created a new instance and followed exactly the procedure on https://aws.amazon.com/getting-started/hands-on/deploy-python-application/
and I end up getting the same errors. I think all are related to one issue or error i made. Appreciate any help as I am stuck and my beginner's luck seems to have run out

Check your server logs for the problem.

it didn't help, there were no traces of that day work. Thank you for your help, but creating a new instance made it work with a little turnaround that works fine for a demo.

THank you
