AppStream 2.0 Upgrade .NET Version on Image

I have an application that needs .NET 4.8 in order to run. I have installed the prerequisite version of .NET on the ImageBuilder, but when I go to take a snapshot of that and use the image for a fleet its still showing as the previous 4.7 version installed on the base platform image. Is there something special that I need to do when snapshotting the ImageBuilder to make sure it includes the installed .NET version?

**Edit When I launch to the Desktop instead of directly into an application, then launch the application it seems to be picking up on the correct .NET version now.
