Foreman Katello Fails to Recognize Valid Subscription for Created EC2 Instances

I'm using an Enterprise infrastructure management solution called Foreman Katello. It's failing to recognize a valid subscription for RHEL8 and RHEL9 instances since RHEL on Amazon EC2 includes the Enterprise Linux subscription. Is it possible to configure Foreman Katello to recognize the subscription associated with instances created in EC2?
