The "Contact Center Telecommunications (service sold by AMCS, LLC)" charges you're seeing are related to your Amazon Connect phone numbers. The count that's increasing daily (now at 28) represents the number of days you've owned/claimed the phone number, not the number of calls.
When you claim a phone number in Amazon Connect, you're charged for "owning" that number even if you don't use it for calls. The free tier includes one phone number for free (31 days per month), which is why you see "31.0 Count for free for 12 months" in your usage.
The count increases by 1 each day because you're being charged for each day you own the number, regardless of call volume. Your one-minute call is tracked separately as minutes used, while the daily count tracks the number of days you've owned the phone number.
This is normal behavior for Amazon Connect phone numbers, as you're essentially "renting" the number on a daily basis, and the free tier covers this daily charge for one number.
